Tarta de Santiago
- Keep the Tarta de Santiago wrapped in a dry and cool place (60-70F). Tarta de Santiago can be kept for up to 3-4 weeks.
- Do not refrigerate.
- Freezing instructions: Wrap the cake tightly with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Thawing instructions: Take the cake out of the freezer and place it in the fridge to thaw, preferably overnight. Do not remove the wrap until the cake is fully thawed.
